Access Audit

A read-only trail of who did what, scoped to your own administration boundary — and viewing a detail record is itself an audited action.

The register

The register

Found at Authority Administration → Access Audit. Columns: Time, Action, Actor (with a "platform" chip if the actor was a platform admin rather than an ordinary officer), Institution, Target, Summary. Filter by date range, action, institution, or authority user — every filter is intersected server-side with your own scoped boundary, so you can't broaden your view by adjusting a filter.

Click a row to open its detail dialog, showing the previous and next state as JSON, plus any free-form context recorded with the event.

If any field in that JSON was redacted before it reached you, the dialog shows an explicit info banner saying so, rather than silently showing a [REDACTED] placeholder with no explanation. This is a defensive last line behind action-specific safe summaries — it should rarely trigger, but when it does, it tells you plainly.
